About Us

Welslot is one of the biggest Concrete Manufacturers in the North West of England. We service both trade and public customers. With a diverse range of products such as Aggregates, Sandstone, Garden Fencing, Gates, Precast and Ready mix concrete we offer a one stop shop for most building projects. Due to our varying merchandise a lot of different tradesmen use us for their supplies. We have always sold wooden fencing products such as Waneylaps, Vertical Boards and Trellis as they go hand in hand with concrete posts and panels. However in 2008 Welslot added a purpose build extension to our manufacturing facilities. Within this facility, wooden fencing products are produced and treated.

A bit of history

1976 The Company started at the old site on Trafford Bank Rd, Manchester.

1994 The company relocated to a site six times the size based in Carrington on Common Lane. Since then the business has been improving and diversifying constantly to offer new products and innovative services. Welslot doesn't just offer every day posts and panels, we've designed and manufactured many one off items, for example; Supports for the Common Wealth Games banners and concrete foundations for Orange Telecommunications satellite antenna's. All delivered to a tight time constraint. Welslot's founder Mr. E.Butcher started the business and continues to run the company and adjust it for today's modern needs. Concrete becomes more widely used by the day with well over twenty two concrete applications offered.

2003 Welslot invested in a modern Concrete Recycling Plant, one of only a few in the country. This allows Welslot to recycle old concrete and obviously greatly helps the environment.
